• Original oil paintings and prints by Anita Saunders, inspired by the British countryside

    Welcome to my website

The flora and fauna of the British countryside inspire my work. I live in a small village on the Gloucestershire, Wiltshire border within an area known as the Cotswold Lakes. My studio sits in my garden, between my vegetable patch and a view of the lake. The surroundings often attract subject matter to my doorstep and my frequent walks in this area of outstanding natural beauty never fail to inspire me.
